Shipping Policy of MicroTurfWorld

No matter where you are located globally, we deliver reliable worldwide shipping service for all orders. Below is full transparent shipping information for your reference:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 business hours after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days to arrive at most international destinations after shipment. Please allow extra time for customs clearance in your local country, delivery time is an estimated value not a guaranteed deadline.

3. Global Shipping Cost

• Flat standard shipping fee: €4 per order worldwide

• Free standard shipping: All orders containing 3 or more items enjoy free global delivery automatically at checkout.

4. Package Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped out, we will send an email with an exclusive tracking link to your registered mailbox. You can check real-time logistics updates anytime via the link.

5. Lost-in-Transit Solution

If your package is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier, please contact our customer service and provide valid supporting materials (tracking screenshots, order ID, delivery address proof). We will issue a full refund of your order value after verification.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and related surcharges generated during international transportation are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not cover any customs fees incurred upon arrival.

7. Return Address & Return Process

If you need to apply for a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Send a return request to our official service email within 14 days after receiving goods;

2. Our team will reply with the official international return warehouse address and return guidelines within 1–2 working days;

3. Goods must be returned unused, intact and in original packaging; damaged, used products are not eligible for return;

4. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer, and refund will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect returned items.
